About the role
Are you a fearless closer who lives for the chase, thrives in the field, and turns every 'no' into a 'yes'? We’re looking for a powerhouse Catering Sales Manager to drive explosive growth for our off-site catering business across corporate and community markets.
This is a boots-on-the-ground role — 90% fieldwork, 10% office time. You’ll be out building relationships with hotels, venues, businesses, and event planners, creating opportunities by opening doors, then handing them off to our Operations team for closing. Your mission: aggressively grow our brand, smash sales goals, and together we’ll deliver unforgettable client experiences.
Events can be off-site — weddings, corporate events, private celebrations — but can also be hosted in our restaurant locations if the client prefers.
We want someone fearless and laser-focused on results to build, hunt, and dominate new markets. Hospitality or events background? Ideal. Hustle, heart, grit, and an unstoppable drive to win are absolutely non-negotiable.
The ideal candidate is a relentless, self-starting sales professional who craves fieldwork, pursues leads with intensity, and never backs down from a challenge — turning every 'no' into an opportunity. They are masterful at relationship-building, self-motivated, resourceful, follow through on commitments and take ownership of their goals without needing constant oversight.
They are comfortable spending most of their time out in the field, with minimal need for office time beyond planning and coordination. Above all, they are passionate about dramatically growing the business and expanding the company's market presence.

What We’re Looking For
Compensation: Salary range of $85,000 to $110,000, based on skills and experience, plus 3% commission on food and beverage sales. Additional commission on rentals is available when rentals generate profit.
Schedule: Full Time (40 hours per week), Flexible Schedule, Monday to Friday
